We believe Bottapals® will forever hold a place in your heart, and become a staple in your home. In the event of a defective or damaged Pal, we may, at our discretion, issue a replacement. This policy does not cover the wear and tear of daily loves, damage to your Pal caused by accidents, improper use, or care, and will be limited to a single time replacement or exchange per customer. Proof of your Pal purchase will be required for it’s replacement or exchange. Please be prepared to share a photograph of your Pal that clearly showcases the factory damage, or defect. If the damage or defect is validated, we will, at our discretion, replace your Pal, refund the value of the Pal to the original form of payment, or issue a store credit for a future Pal purchase. Please note, Pals purchased 30 days or more prior to the replacement request will not be accepted.
